1.       Fresh Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Got extra raspberries at home? Then this salad dressing would be perfect to make! This would be tasty with other berries too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  • Mix the sugar and raspberries into a bowl; then set aside until the mixture is juicy, for about 10 minutes.
  • Using a fork, mash the raspberries until it liquefies.
  • Pour the mixture into a jar with a lid.
  • Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and honey.
  • Cover the jar with lid until the dressing is mixed well.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

  • Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, green onion, pepper, parsley, salt, and Parmesan cheese together.
  • Stir in the milk.
  • Sprinkle salt and adjust the taste as you like. You can add more Parmesan cheese if you want.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper until smooth and combined thoroughly.

5.       Creamy Italian Dressing

This smooth and creamy dressing has the sweet spiciness of oregano and garlic and the pungency of lemon juice and red wine vinegar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove chopped garlic

Directions:

  • In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
  • Make sure that the ingredients are smooth and mixed well.
