Hottest Fall Trends In Fashion Part 2

Fall is here! It’s officially September which I know isn’t technically fall until later this month, but it just seems like fall since the gigantic monthly issue of Vogue Magazine is out right now with over 800 pages of fabulous fall fashion. Did I mention I’m still trying to get through the entire issue?  So what are some more of the trends to watch out for this season? There are truly so many fun ones that it’s hard to know where to start so we’ll just jump right in to the all the hot fashion in this Part 2 section of Hottest Fall Trends.

Tortoise Shell Anything

Tortoise shell is a trend that just keeps on going. Whether it’s sunglasses, hardware on a handbag or the latest in tortoise shell jewelry, it’s time to pick up a few signature pieces to get you through the season. A necklace in linked tortoise shell is especially fetching. It will go with all your office to evening outfits for a trendy look.

Ombre Scarves

The scarf as day wear is still a hot trend. It’s not a bad trend either because it keeps your neck stylish and warm especially if you live in a colder climate place. The ombre scarf is one that has graduated color running down to the ends. They are chic, pretty, and the ultimate in indoor scarf wear.

Flats, Flats and More Flats

Maybe it’s the backlash of the heels controversy at Cannes last year, but flat are all over the pages of the fall magazines. Whether a ballet flat, modified loafer, or anything in rose gold you should own at least a few pairs to bop around the town in. You know they are much more comfortable than heels!

Off The Shoulder Shirts

This is kind of a strange one going into the colder months, but it’s time to show off those shoulders. Off the shoulder blouses, dresses, and even t-shirts are popular right now. It’s a nice trend becuase most people don’t have an issue with their shoulders.

Wide Leg Trousers

This is a great look for the office in navy or black, paired with a crisp white blouse. This is a look that will never go out of style.

Faux Fur

You have to be careful this one, since it’s easy to look puffy with too much fur. But a few touches here and there is chic. I like the little bolo jackets that have fur trim around the wrists and neck. It’s not going overboard on the furry stuff.
